On Porto Arabia, where the yachts sleep and the towers light the bay, Marina 29 is first a cocktail house — and second a sports bar. The bar counter is the centre of the room. Every signature on the carte is built on three notes — a base spirit, a Gulf-grown botanical, a citrus or bitters bridge. No syrup-from-a-bottle. No shortcut.
